Integrative Law Review is a double-blind, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Lembaga Penelitian Cendekia Gagayunan Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse on the integration, harmonisation, and comparative study of Islamic law (Shariah) and civil law within national, regional, and international legal frameworks. It serves as a forum for examining how diverse legal traditions interact in responding to contemporary legal challenges. The journal focuses on legal scholarship encompassing public law, private law, and Shariah law, including constitutional law, criminal law, administrative law, business and corporate law, family law, Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic banking and finance, international law, intellectual property rights, and emerging areas such as information technology and cyber law. Emphasising integrative and comparative methodologies, Integrative Law Review welcomes original and unpublished manuscripts that offer theoretical, doctrinal, empirical, or critical perspectives. Integrative Law Review publishes research articles, case notes, and book reviews that contribute to the development of legal knowledge and practice. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance.
