Al-battar: Jurnal Pamungkas Hukum is a scientific journal published by Yayasan Cendekia Gagayunan Indonesia, with a frequency of publication three times a year. Vol. 3 No. 2: August 2026 of Al-battar: Jurnal Pamungkas Hukum with e-ISSN: 3063-8895 and p-ISSN: –,publishes a total of 10 research articles authored and co-authored by 37 scholars affiliated with 10 higher education and research institutions across Asia and Europe. The contributing scholars represent institutions from Indonesia, Türkiye, Spain, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, and Tanzania, demonstrating the journal’s expanding international academic network and cross-border scholarly collaboration. The contributing institutions include Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Indonesia; Cyprus International University, Türkiye; Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain; Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Malaysia; University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan; Khon Kaen University, Thailand; University of Malaya, Malaysia; Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, France; Centre for Foreign Relations, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; and Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah, Malaysia. The geographical diversity of the contributors reflects the journal’s growing international reach and its commitment to facilitating scholarly exchange in the field of law and Islamic legal studies. All articles are made available online and free of charge beginning August 1, 2026. Al-battar: Jurnal Pamungkas Hukum is published three times a year, in April, August, and December.
